The point is hes in a contract year and expects to be paid as a top 3 CB. He needs to play better than "fine". We can get "fine" out of a lot of players and could use that money elsewhere.

Watch Kirkpatrick and Murphy for a whole game. Kirkpatrick has been meh and Murphy is not athletic enough to be relied upon consistently. I’ll take my chances on the future HoF
