First home game of the season.

Need to come out focused and stay sharp all game.

No slow start.

Have to be careful of their D line. Could wreck havoc on the offense.

Need to get the run game going early.

Go Cardinals!

Washington Football Team at Cardinals

Washington will not have LB Cole Holcomb (knee) this week. LB Thomas Davis (calf) and CB Kendall Fuller (knee) are considered questionable.

C Mason Cole (hamstring) and TE Maxx Williams (ankle) are out for the Cardinals. LB Kylie Fitts (wrist) and T Josh Jones (ankle) are questionable for the matchup of 1-0 teams.

I'll be the one to say it, Washington is getting their ass kicked. They don't have the offense to keep up with this team.
LFG! also woke up today thinking we win big.

huge opportunity for a statement game. Let’s drop 40+ on this somewhat talented defense

A loss today would erase all the glitter off of last week.

How do we neutralize their front. I see Drake breaking off a couple of big runs. You’d have to think the WFT is going to do everything in their power to take Hopkins away.

Kyler is going to have to lean on someone else today. I think Kirk and Drake have big day's

edit: one more thing. If we take any deep shots do it on first down and not when we are at 3 rd and 10.

Chopper posted snap counts and of the 62 Def snaps Dre played 20 snaps and Murphy played 60. I expect Dre to get more snaps as the season unfolds but it's pretty clear that Murphy is the other starting CB.

This guy is not just a body. He’s big & fast. He’s a decent short range & red zone option. He’s not great but improving as a blockers. He’s been injured quite a bit or he likely would have beat out Fells. Low risk, reasonable ceiling guy.
