LANCASTER – The high school winter sports season is just over halfway through. It’s your chance to vote for the Eagle-Gazette High School Athlete of the Week.
Fans are encouraged to vote in the Eagle-Gazette Fan Poll to determine who they think had the most outstanding performance. Fans can vote as often as allowed.
The poll will run from 6 a.m. Monday to 5 p.m. Friday. The winner will be revealed soon after the survey concludes.
Berne Union’s Ilahna Speelman was last week’s poll winner.

Here is the list of athletes:
Sydney Snoke, Fisher Catholic: She scored 14 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in an MSL win over Miller.
Ty Johnston, Millersport: He scored a combined 38 points in a pair of MSL wins over Berne Union and FCA.
Nakayla Cash, Fairfield Christian Academy: She scored 25 points, including 6 3-pointers, and 8 assists in a win over GCA.
Addy Sims, Liberty Union: She scored 17 points to lead her team to a nonconference win over Millersport.
Mason Ailes, Fairfield Union: He scored a team-high 13 points in a hard-fought nonconference win over Washington C.H.
Josie Burr, Bloom-Carroll: She scored a team-high 15 points to help her team defeat MSL league-leader Logan Elm.
