LANCASTER — The high school spring sports season is well underway. It’s your chance to vote for the Eagle-Gazette High School Athlete of the Week.
Fans are encouraged to vote in the Eagle-Gazette Fan Poll to determine who they think had the most outstanding performance. Fans can vote as often as allowed.
The poll will run from 6 a.m. Monday to 5 p.m. Friday. The winner will be revealed soon after the survey concludes.

Lancaster’s Julia Carsman was last week’s winner.
Here is the list of athletes:
Nick Holland, Amanda-Clearcreek: He fired a no-hitter with 14 strikeouts against Unioto, and at the plate, her went 3-for-4 with three RBIs.
Mackenzie Hedrick, Lancaster: She hit a game-tying home run in the top of the seventh inning and pitched a win against Olentangy Liberty.
Ella Harmon, Fairfield Union: She hit two home runs and ended the season with 19, to help lead the Falcons to their first tournament win since 2018.
Brody Broeckel, Lancaster: He pitched a six-hit shutout against rival Newark to help the Gales claim the outright OCC-Buckeye Division championship.
Tyler Teal, Fairfield Union: She won the 800 at the MSL-Buckeye Division championships in a school-record time of 2:15.90.
Wyatt Krutsch, Lancaster: He won the pole vault (13-6) to help lead the Golden Gales to the Ohio Capital Conference-Buckeye Division championship.
Logan Osborn, Fairfield Union: He won the 400 at the MSL-Buckeye Division championships in a school-record time of 48.98.
