It may turn out that hiring Matt Burke as the D-Line coach was one of the biggest off-season moves. It wasn’t just 1 or 2 players hustling, the entire group played with unusual preseason intensity. I know open slots motivate but the line was aggressive and unrelenting. When Watt gets added to the mix, the line play may surprise.

And didn't Zach Allen sit the game out too? I believe he's in a contract year so he'll be giving it his all once the games count.

He’s 75, right? It was end of game, so lots of scrubs, but I thought he moved well and was around the ball a lot.
Yup. He didn’t play early on but he brought energy when he got in. Was in the backfield a few times and had a big hit on a running back near the sideline.
