Yes...it's the "lame duck coach" thing again but if that's the case then the last year in every HC contract is a gimmie...never to be used...free money?

The usually reliable Darren Urban says the part of Ron Rivera's interview dealing with the offense went very badly, and he's no longer under consideration. It's probably true that at least one of the three guys in the post-season, (Caldwell,Cameron,Rivera) is still under serious consideration, and they want to wait till after this weekend to see if his team loses this round.
