Kobe will never win another championship without a big man to hold his hand through it

Yawn. Way to show up in the thread after a whole year. Is Nash EVER going to win a title? Much less three? Even with Amare holding his hand?

Kobe is such a bad teamplayer, unbelievable, sure knows how to make his teammates look bad.

Lakers 3rd worst record in the NBA since January? Nice!

So I say the future looks bad and you go for that reply?

:biglaugh:

That doesnt even make sense!

Why does the future look bad?

The Lakers have only missed the playoffs 5 times.

We're never down for long.

Does Phil Jackson quit if the Lakers fail to make the playoffs? That will be an interesting thing to see.

They are working on a contract extension. Just talked about in the news again yesterday. He has a third year deal, and the rumor is a 5 year deal with a late move to the Front Office in the deal.

KWAME IS BACK!! I heard rumors he would be out for the playoffs. Damn, that makes me very happy. He played great.

Farmar gets the start and plays very well.

Kobe drops a SICK 50...one of the most efficient games I've ever seen. He missed what, 6 or 7 shots?

Go Lakers !!

:jedi:

A series win would be a huge upset. Hoping for a good showing for the future.

4 minutes left and it's only a 4 point game? Much closer than expected.

Memo to Kobe: You do not have to force the ball every possession. When a double team is on you - someone is wide open.

Luke Walton was running around under the basket waving his arms, but Kobe ignored him.

I bet Phil's po'd.
