Tennessee's track and field program earned 13 All-America certificates on Friday at the 2026 Indoor Championships at Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The Vols earned three First-Team All-America honors as Aidan Ifkovits, Cade Gray and Ismaila Sawaneh all placed in the top eight in events contested on the first day of the championships, hosted by Arkansas.
Ifkovits, a sophomore, finished seventh in the weight throw as he had a career-best throw of 22.70 meters (74-5.75).
Gray and Sawaneh both scored points for Tennessee in the men's pole vault. Gray finished fifth with an effort of 5.70 meters (18-825), while Sawaneh came in eighth as he posted an effort of 5.60 meters (18-4.5).
The Vols' Blake Sifferlin, Evan Puckett and Clarke Byram all earned second-team honors in the pole vault. Sifferlin finished in tied for 10th as he recorded a mark of 5.50 meters (18-0.5). Puckett was 13th as his effort equaled Sifferlin's. Byram finished in a 14th-place tie with an effort of 5.40 meters (17-8.5).
Gray also finished finished 13th in the men's long jump with a leap of 7.60 meters (24-11.25).
Sprinter Davonte Howell earned Second-Team All-America honors in both the 60-meter dash and the 200-meter dash. He finished 12th in the 60-meter dash (6.61 seconds) and 11th in the 200-meter dash (20.91).
For the Lady Vols, Esther Joseph earned second-team honors in both the 200-meter dash and the 400-meter dash. She finished 14th (23.11) in the 200-meter and placed 13th (51.95) in the 400.
Javonya Valcourt finished 15th in the 400-meter with a time of 52.35, while Myreanna Bebe came in 11th in the 300-meter hurdles (8.11).
