Tennessee sophomore swimmer McKenzie Siroky won a silver medal Thursday on the second day of the NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships at McAuley Aquatics Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Siroky posted a time of 57.00 seconds to earn a second-place finish in the 100-meter breaststroke. Her effort represented one of six podium finishes for the Lady Vols, who also eared seven All-America certificates on Day 2.
Ella Jansen finished fourth in the 400-meter individual medley, recording a time of 3:59.59 and set a program record, which was previously set by Ellen Walshe.
Camille Spink finished sixth in the 200-meter freestyle championship final. She posted a time of 1:41.72 to earn First-Team All-America recognition for a second time at this season's national championships. The Lady Vols' 200-meter medley relay team of Spink, Julianna Brocska, Jillian Crooks and Emily Armen came in sixth place, posting a time of 1:26.25 and swimming the second best time in Lady Vols' program history.
Mizuki Hirai recorded a seventh-place finish in the 100-meter butterfly with a time of 50.56, earning her first-ever individual First-Team All-America certificate.
Lady Vols' diver Desharne Bent-Ashmeil finished fifth in the 1-meter competition with a score of 313.50.
