I want to see us in the hunt but I'm not counting anything as must win because we aren't built for that. There's should and could win games but that's it. We're laying the foundation now.

I want to see Dunn be more assertive on offense. I want to see Fleming take NHD's minutes. I want to see Williams and Maluach at C for 45+ minutes. I'd also like to see less than 70 scored by our opponent in the 1st half.
Yeah, to me Dunn has been the biggest bright spot so far, but mainly for his rebounding and hustle plays. I want him more involved in the offense.

There really is no reason he couldn't be a Shawn Marion type player.

Eh. Only if you expect us to be in the playoff hunt this season. There's a good chance we won't be but I like the hope and expectation. I can see us move to playing the young guys at some point during the season for experience and growth. The question is how long before that happens.
Exactly, there really isn't a must win game this season, because we aren't good enough for anything to be a must.

My guess is probably 30 games in or so, maybe all the way to the deadline if the plan is to trade some of the vets.

do you sit maluach and let him watch in awe or do you throw him in and let him know there are no expectations against wemby?

oso will be in foul trouble early - i don't think guarding wemby is the best thing for williams' knee and nick richards????

what im saying is the spurs are undefeated - probably about a 5% chance we win this game - wemby could out rebound our 4 centers combined

plus dtv and the groin thing - we'll likely sit and rest him in anticipation of jalen green's debut because we aint beating san antonio - they're focused and we're still figuring it all out

bench dtv - go with the tallest/fastest lineup you can because wemby will be off to the races - we've already seen maluach in the first quarter

my starters all things considered

grayson
book
dunn
oso
maluach

we're getting murdered regardless
The only way to beat the Spurs is too shoot very well from 3 point range. So far we haven't done that in a game yet.

I don't think any one can defend Wemby 1 on 1. he has to be doubled.

This team is stuck in no-man's land right now, and SHOULD be dumping some vets (O'Neale, Richards) to free up time for the younger guys.

I'll be glad Dillion isn't shooting 20+ times tonight but someone will need to. Book usually goes off against Utah so I think him having 35+ points is very possible but they need Dunn, Grayson, Gillepsie, and Royce to take no less than 35 attempts between them.

Is it too late to bring in Butler? He wasn't scared to shoot.

Wish the Suns had kept Butler longer, as his contract was not fully guaranteed until January. One can only guess they plan to add a player later on. I guess it's all about staying below the tax apron.

Booker and Nurkic were hugging pregame.

Sometimes I wish we knew the whole story behind moves like trading Crowder and Nurkic.

If the Suns were a food product, I'd be adding cayenne pepper to spice it up.

The Jazz are huge compared to the Suns starting lineup.

They start Markkanen, Fiiipowsko, Kessler, Mykhailiuk and George.

Suns trail 5-0 early.

Do the Suns look at matchups?

It's 13-2 Jazz. A timeout would be nice.

I’m ready to check out if the combo of Allen O'Neale and Oso keep starting.

Now it's 16-2 Jazz and Ott finally calls a timeout.

It's like the players know it, but the coaching staff doesn't.

Sure looks like the suns might be the worst team in the league.
