Pfffft. NBA refs RARELY call the defensive 3 second violation. Watch the games, especially bigs, they are camped out in the key all the time. That rule needs to change. If you aren't going to call it, you shouldn't have it in the rule book. It simply becomes an unfair call to make. It would have been unfair to the Suns to ignore that rule the entire game and then call it in the last two minutes.

As far as the three point call, the Kings could have contested it.

TL: DR - Mark Williams should have had a defensive 3 in the key, Zach Lavine's 3 was counted as a 2.

The 3 in the key call, meh, whatever. There are literally dozens of those calls that are ignored through a game on either side. The Lavine 3 was curious. They wanted the refs to look at it and they never showed a replay on broadcast where you can see his feet. I don't think it can be challenged but refs can stop play to review, and they should have. Not sure why they didn't.
