Im wrong most of the time, but I think our record will be 2-2, possibly 3-1. I think we beat the Nuggets, we have the body's to throw at Jokic. I think it's a stretch to think we can beat the Clippers but it's possible.

I don't think the Suns can trade Allen or Royce and win. They need the fire power if Book can't shoot 50 percent from the field. I think they have a better shot at the Clips then Denver although the past last games would not say that. Dunn on Leonard will be good

Clippers lost to the Jazz, the consensus WORST team in the Western Conference. Not very impressive for a season opener.

Is everything
clippers lost tonight

Not only did the Clips lose, they looked absolutely horrific in doing it. I've watched a lot of Clippers basketball over the years, but last night was perhaps the most incompetent "performance" I've ever witnessed. Every player looked lost and confused on the court. Endless turnovers in the first half. It was even worse than the 50 point loss to Dallas a few years back. At least the end of the bench managed to score some points in garbage time.

Denver should be legit contenders this year. They spent a few years toiling away with Jokic only while cutting costs elsewhere but their moves this off season were top notch. Replacing MPJ with Cam Johnson will be big for them. Bruce Brown's return to help anchor the team while Jokic rests is also good. Tim Hardaway Jr replacing Kentavious Caldwell Pipe is ok since Braun and Strawther are also more capable.

As someone who despises the Nuggets I have to credit them for their moves and would put them right at #2 in the West behind OKC. The Suns won't have a good time playing them.

No way! Oso is much more likable than Shamet ever was. And pretty sure Jordan Ott doesn't have a daughter that he could marry off to him either.

Oso has a lot of faults, but he sure gets a lot of hate on this board.

I don't get the Oso hate at all. He's young and a late pick. If he is a usable role player it's a massive win

Yeah, count me on team Oso.

Outside of shooting (which he is hopeless at), I think he's pretty solid. He plays really smart, if the NBA had the "hockey" assist, I think he would have had a lot last night.

I'd dump Richards from the rotation before him. Richards can dunk the ball, and he kinda blows at everything else, he gets lost defensively a lot.

I miss Ralph Lawler as the broadcast voice of the Clippers. I used to enjoy listening to him during games.
