I think the FGA numbers are a bit misleading because we are -198 in FTAs as well. Detroit for instance is +266 in FGAs and only -56 in FTAs.Shane Young

Interesting numbers for the Suns, pertaining to the possession battle:
• Currently have the franchise’s highest offensive rebound rate of the last 30 years, at 32.9%
• Have forced 15 or more turnovers in 42 of their 54 games. That number leads the NBA
• Phoenix is +233 in terms of total shot attempts compared to their opponents. Third in the NBA this season, and it’s fifth in Suns history. Has a chance to become first (+344)
• They have won the possession battle in 37 of their 54 games, nearly 70% of the time
I call that a good thing. Playing on the second night of a back to back, minus 27 starters and most of our bench? Could you imagine how much Gillespie would go for on the open market this offseason if his "leadership" could overcome his broken hand and the absence of Booker, Brooks and much of the gang?Collin Gillespie was there, but his well-known leadership skills didn't help...
Reposting this information about Dillon Brooks on this thread as well.
Dillon Brooks will undergo surgery on his broken left hand per Gambo.

It would be great if green could step up and lead this team while Brooks and Booker are down. The game winner the other night was a great start. Now he needs to rattle off a few 30-point games.
They are saying out 4 to 6 weeks.xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media

I don't think you have to be a hater to see that 9th spot (or lower) looming. Hopefully Booker will be back soon and we'll pick up some wins as more teams start to tank, we'll just have to see if it will be enough. And on the bright side, there is still a reasonable chance of being healthy by season's end.hate to be a hater, but I could see the suns finishing 9th this year.
