The translation is the Suns are reaching out to other buyout guys and seeing if one they like better will sign, if not Anthony might stay.

This is somewhat impressive from Rasheer, although it does appear he has some trouble driving around the defender.

I get the feeling he would be an asset if he was given enough playing time - but doesn't seem like that is going to happen this season.

• Have forced 15 or more turnovers in 42 of their 54 games. That number leads the NBA

• Phoenix is +233 in terms of total shot attempts compared to their opponents. Third in the NBA this season, and it’s fifth in Suns history. Has a chance to become first (+344)

• They have won the possession battle in 37 of their 54 games, nearly 70% of the time

Let's petition the league that he'll give up his spot in the All-star game to serve the suspension.

Brooks shows up every game. I like that about him, All-Star or not.

He takes a bunch of bad shots but I love the dude and what he's brought to the team. There's something oddly endearing about the whole package. I thought I would be rooting to trade him by now but I was wrong and accept the flaws of his game as they present themselves.

Part of that is out of necessity. Brooks plays while the others rest.

I love his intensity but he does need to tone down the offense. The one-on-one stuff is fine when he has the occasional mismatch but he's doing it too frequently for my liking. Most of the time he needs to play Suns basketball. Move the ball until there is an open shot.

Suns GM Brian Gregory will be available to the media today. I'd like to see this.
