One of the best shows of my life, 1984, U2 Unforgettable Fire tour, the first show at the then brand new Compton Terrace. Red ROckers opened. WHat a fantastic show. When Bono was still humbled by fame and power. Not drunk with it.

I was at that show. He sang "In the Name of Love" or whatever that songs called twice because 2 guys were fighting in the front row.

He gave a sermon about how people don't fight at U2 concerts. What he didn't know is that God could give a concert in AZ and somebody would start a fight.

Heh. Scary, I know the ddude that was in that fight. I was about 2 rows behind him. I ditched school that day, and got to the venue at 2pm and hung out all day long. Got suspended from school, too.

What a show! Remember the ending? 40 playing as they walked off stage. Man, I was an emo little 14 yr old. That was some moving Sh.....

How long did it take you to get out of the parking lot? 90 minutes for us...

I'm sure I'll get some ribbing for this one, but "Heat of the Moment" by Asia came on the radio this morning on my way to work and it was rocking.

Rock Band has me exposed to this song. I can't believe that chick will have any vocal cords after singing this song constantly. Wow.
