How good of a match is Notre Dame running back Jadarian Price with the Seattle Seahawks?
According to NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein, Price is the ideal match for the Seahawks with the No. 32 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
”Price is a silky smooth running back with plug-and-play talent and the potential to add more receptions than we saw from him at Notre Dame,” Zierlein said. “Getting the fifth-year option that would come with drafting Price in Round 1 is a big advantage for the Seahawks in this spot.”
Price playing behind Heisman Trophy finalist Jeremiyah Love in 2025 is not to be understated. The 22-year-old recorded 674 yards last season. He did so on six yards per carry. Price’s graceful strides were illustrated on the field in a season that culminated in him being named a first-team All-American by The Sporting News.
The Seahawks have Emanuel Wilson as their primary running back to start the 2026 season until Zach Charbonnet returns from injury. Nevertheless, Price has the makings to be a featured ball-carrier at the NFL level in Seattle.
