I’m okay with trading down if none of the top 3 CBs are still on the board. I see round 1 like this,

Horne/Farley
Harris (pass on Etienne)
Smith/Waddle/Toney
Assume Harris and kadarious are trade back candidates?

Starting to think we just take Harris at 16. Having a legit threat on the ground as well as Murray will just make both players so much better. In a chess game it seems the logical choice. Who gives a crap if the league doesn’t think RBs should be taken that high anymore. You have to work with what you’ve got and improve what you haven’t got

No please no rb
We are not in position to draft one early
Just if we trade back and getting an additional second or third round pick
If Harris is in the second ok, but no in the first
The recent past should tell u how isn't wise drafting one earlier

I'd love to trade down in almost all cases besides Patrick Surtain being there, but I don't know if we'll have any dance partners unless a QB drops.

I want this draft to go CB/RB or RB/CB in the first two rounds barring a complete shock of a drop at WR or TE.

maybe too fine a distinction

im fine with Najee in the 20s and later

16 is too high

i have no issue with a first round RB if he is a true difference maker -- 5 years of inexpensive control

No linemen?
Newsome not an option?
Yea, I would still draft Newsome at 16. The gap between him & the other 3 is not large, if at all. Durability is my main concern, though.

I’ll be damned if we trade back just to end up still taking a RB.

Guess it actually gotta happen to this fanbase to see why you don’t anymore.

Toney? There's a whole bunch of guys I'd take over him. I'd bet my right nut Toney doesn't even go round 1.

WR in round one would be silly IMO. There's a whole bunch of quality guys in round 2.

I'd have OLB as more likely in #1 than WR.

Why pass on Etienne?

Put me in the camp that won't be mad if we take Harris at 16. I know it would be better to trade down a couple spots to take him but honestly, I don't see anyone trading up to 16. I still expect us to go CB.

This is obviously a wacky year so who knows what teams are thinking about trading up or back. We have already seen 3 trades. They were QB driven but there are teams that desperately need a OT or edge rusher that would trade up to get their guy.

Will no combine mean teams have better knowledge on some players than others so they want to move up.
