The Denver Broncos made a big move this spring when they acquired wide receiver Jaylen Waddle in a trade with the Miami Dolphins.

Waddle will join a receiver room that already featured Courtland Sutton, Pat Bryant, Marvin Mims and Troy Franklin in 2025, and he gave a glowing review of his new teammates.

“It’s a great group honestly, and I’m not even talking about — everyone knows they can play and do these amazing things on the field. I’m just talking about them as people," Waddle said last week. "I came in as the new guy, and they welcomed me with open arms [and] have treated me like a brother since Day 1. I really have to look at ‘Court’ and see what he did with the young guys. It’s great; they’re great.”

Sutton has embraced Waddle's arrival, saying he's willing to give up targets as his top priority is winning.

“Courtland is an elite playmaker, so anytime you have a playmaker on the other side of you, it’s just makes it easy," Waddle said. "It’s someone that the defense has to be looking for, and vice versa.”

Waddle and his teammates will wrap up the second round of OTAs this week, followed by a mandatory minicamp next week. After that, fans will get their first in-person look at Waddle when training camp begins in late July.
