I think I heard too much hype going in to it because I was expecting a knock-out and it didn't quite live up to expectations.

that said, it's pretty damn fun and it's a star making turn for Weaving.

It was just a hell of a lot of fun. I won't watch it again because of the idiotic use of shaky cam for EVERYTHING, but the rest of the movie was a hell of a romp.

Yep. And unless it's where it should be, I hate it even in small doses. Like the first Hunger Games movie. I'm hugging my sister...in shaky cam. I'm walking down the street...in shaky cam. Nauseating.

I tried to like it. Perhaps if they would have taken it further and made it totally absurd I would have liked it. Although, I guess it was pretty absurd as is.
