PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD/WYZZ) — Illini Bluffs won a big tune-up for the postseason.
Emerson Eeten scored 21 points to lead the class 1A Tigers to a 60-50 win over visiting 2A team Eureka on Monday. The Tigers (23-3) will close out the regular season at home Wednesday against Farmington before heading to the postseason where they are the top-sees at the Elmwood regional next week.
Eureka (18-8) closes out its regular season with a home game against perennial power Bloomington Central Catholic on Thursday.
Other girls basketball winners included Pekin, U-High, Dee-Mack and Tri-Valley.
