Practice squad / team depth

With recent changes to the practice squad, I started wondering why our players getting cut/moved to the practice squad seem to never get picked up by other teams during the window. Does this mean not only is our backup depth weak so is our practice squad depth?

Still there should be a quality back up! I think it was the same under Keim from what I recall. Who was taken in the last couple of years? I’m seriously curious.
