I don't know how Kyler would look with current crop of receivers and poor line play, tbh. It feels like we would be coached to lose regardless. What if I said that Murray, as a passer and a runner, is efficient enough so that if you give him a +4 turnover margin like we had today, he would have won this game?
It might not have been as aesthetically pleasing as JB's 300+ passing yards, but he and DP would have run the offense so that we had enough points in regulation to get the W.
I don't say that with perfect confidence. But I feel pretty good about it.
I remember when people were blaming loses on K1I'm actually starting to miss watching KM play. If we're gonna lose regardless of who is starting at qb I'd rather watch KM since I find his style of play more entertaining than JB.
Can’t wait to see K1 go to a real team and ball out.

Jacoby is terrible. Career backup at best. Cardinals really threw away a prime years franchise QB for Drew Petzing and Jacoby Brissett. Most Cardinals thing ever. Can’t wait to see K1 go to a real team and ball out. Been a fan since 1988, I think I’m done. There is no saving this squad.
Yes, Kyler would have beat the Jags. Turning him into the scapegoat for this trash coaching staff, using a fake injury, is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen from the Cardinals and the list of ridiculous things is neverending.
You mean a McDonald's franchise owner? Even that might be too pressurized of a situation for Kyler to succeed in.Jacoby is terrible. Career backup at best. Yeah, NE isn't trading it's franchise QB who is on a rookie deal.A caller on sports radio suggested giving up our first rounder to NE for Drake Maye. It would probably take more than that.
Even then, NE probably says no

One of the more idiotic ideas I've heard! Why not throw a 5th to the Chiefs for Mahomes?A caller on sports radio suggested giving up our first rounder to NE for Drake Maye. It would probably take more than that.

I don’t miss watching the little gingerbread coward play. At least JB plays like a man and doesn’t pout like a baby.
Great Post ! ! !Hmmm... JB not the answer to QB1 but also not "terrible", and we're fortunate to have him as a back up I think. He's playing his heart out, and I respect him for that.
Kyler as a scapegoat? Maybe a little, but I think it's more a function of JB coming in on a heater, and the coaches just trying to ride that momentum some.
Now how the coaches handle the QB1 decision once Murray comes off IR? That will be interesting!![]()

The defensive meta has changed and Kyler has been forced to make the throws he's always been bad at. The "Franchise QB" Kyler we saw from 2019-2021 is never coming back. Its impossible to run an offense that avoids Kyler's weaknesses now. Its the exact same thing that happened to Russel Wilson.Jacoby is terrible. Career backup at best. Slow down there, friendKyler's going to be a starter somewhere next year
I do think Jacoby losing helps another team build the narrative that Kyler can be a winning stopgap. Shanahan did it with Plummer, and it just takes ego to think plunking a former pro bowler from the Cards is a low risk move.Slow down there, friend

I know some Minnesota fans who think K1 is the answer....Slow down there, friend
It’s amazing that this actually got put in the air other than for complete comedy. We live in the dumbest sports town in the Nation

Plummer went to the Broncos 22 years ago.
