Matter fact, how believable is that chart?

I refuse to believe in both Stroud’s & McCarthy’s placement.

Chiefs really need a retool. Damn. I didn’t even realize it was THAT bad.

Mahomes has been low key mediocre for a couple of seasons now.

Maybe mediocre has not been the correct word, but not the Mahomes of his early career.

The first 5 years his average passer rating was over 105, the last 2 years it's been 93. QBR has dropped from high 70's to low 60's. He was over or pushing 5000 yards every year. Last 2 more like 4000. Averaged around 40 TD's a year, last 2 have been 26.5. YPA was nearly 9 through first 5 years, last 2 have been 6.8.

Uhh...the same Mahomes that's been to the Superbowl the last 3 years in a row? We must be talking about a different guy.

Now Mahomes is mediocre.

This is funny coming from someone telling us Kurt Warner doesn't know what he is talking about in terms of QBs.

I didn't say that. I said he was mistaken about that play. I think he watched the TV coverage, made a statement and tried to defend it. But the tape is clear.

I think this is Kyler's problem. I think when the game is in balance he's more concerned about not making a mistake than being aggressive. Plays with the volume turned down.

Misspelling “heels” really ratchets up that authority.

his game is totally different. Its also an instructive A/B test.

Same QB, same offensive savant HC -- so what changed?

looking at the team now vs 3 years ago?

WR talent way worse with Hill gone.

Kelce is still there, but Kelce was in his prime back then, vs on the downside (but still good) today.

Offensive line was much, much better. Their tackles today are a real question mark.

I agree with this --it sure looks like he plays in stretches where he is really risk averse

And if Kelce catches the easy TD pass, the Chefs probably go on to win that game.

You mean there is context around why a player might not be playing to past performance levels?

Context is way outlawed here. There is only history of the now.
