But I do stand corrected, the British cops can use what they call a FIT. However it can't be used as widely as a FST as if never heard of it before.

But good to know thanks for explaining. Not sure where you’re coming across thinking I’m for lesser penalties either. I’m all about extreme penalties for DUI. They kill too many people.
