These guys hate any context.. I’d wager every dollar I had if Kyler was the eagles QB the eagles would be even better than they are today and Hurts would already be on the bench in AZ with this roster. The eagles roster over the past 3 years has been one of the better rosters from top to bottom we have seen the past decade.. easily.
There you go, there you have it. Kyler would make the Iggles even better...somehow. How, exactly? What would he do to make the Eagles even better?

There’s a lot here I disagree with. Kyler might be quicker and shiftier.
Arm talent I think is negated by timing issues and anticipation.
Don’t wager a lot on Kyler winning an MVP….ever.
Kyler will never be the runner Hurts is because of the lack of physicality. Hurts has it, Kyler doesn't. Kyler's scared of running sneaks. Kyler is unable to run a tush push play. Etc.

Fair. My brain is already thinking about 5 years from now, 4 years after Kyler was released, and we're still talking about him a la Jake Plummer. I hate us.
Can you imagine then talking about how K1 is statically the best QB in franchise history, but still never winning a playoff game? Oh the horror.. .

Ah yes.

The classic "forget that he had the 9th best QBR in the league last year, if you watched him play he clearly sucks!" performance analysis assessment.

Love when this one is trotted out. Annually.

You have it backwards. QBR is a flawed metric designed so people can pretend their QB is" good actually".

I could point out all the ways how, but it's easier to just say Baker Mayfield was 13th, Sam Darnold 15th and Geno Smith 21st, all of which had better seasons than Kyler.

ate lunch with a browns fan today - almost want to take back everything ive said about this franchise - definitely have a newfound respect for kyler murray - homie basically said he'd kill to be in our shoes - his voice was shaken and his face turned blotchy red when he was talking about cleveland qbs and draft picks

That's like saying you were sad you had throat cancer until you found out your mate had his balls removed.

This guy is just so tough to watch, running backwards into a sack in that last drive is the same stuff he did his first game in the league.

I still think Lawrence & Kyler are even. Both are very inconsistent. Will look like top 5 highs than bottom lows.

Bryce a little worse.

Tua hasn’t had top 5 highs since early 2022.
This is a solid analysis
