SECTION 11

I am 100% rooting for Murray to kick the Cardinals ass every time he plays them. You know it’s coming.
I too would like to see Kyler absolutely crush a team, but that’s happened what, once in the past 4 years (last year against the Rams)?I am 100% rooting for Murray to kick the Cardinals ass every time he plays them. You know it’s coming.
Those are pretty good - and yes, the selling points.**** it im crossing the line today - imma hit this vape pen like 5 times and just get right into it - pulling a 180 on thus fine morning - no - im not saying keep kyler murray - haven't lost my mind - cancel the station wagon and white jackets
why would a gm/coach want kyler murry? what are the pros and cons? we've more than gone over the cons so what are his selling points
A) kyler murray has consistently been a (slightly) above average his entire nfl despite having to play here - that's huge - and that's exactly how we're going to sell it - that the sky is still the limit with kyler murray - it wasn't him it was us - we failed him
might need to hit this vape another 5 or 6 times
B) ummmm... dude is mobile and can buy time... electrifying the crowd - one man human highlight reel - turn nothing into something
C) limits his mistakes - doesn't gamble taking deep shots into coverage - doesn't constantly audible/overrule the oc - this vape pen is starting to get hot now i better stop
NO EXTENTIONS!!!I would much rather roll Gannon back and cut Kyler than have it be the reciprocal.
Kyler needs to move on. I think he has a chance to do great things, but it won’t be here. He’s been here 7 years.
Gannon should be allowed to pick his own QB.
Im inclined to extend Gannon. Even though the teams record with Jacoby at the helm has been dog water, it’s been noticeably more effective.
This gd franchise needs a 10-15 yr rebuild of everything. It’s fun to blame players and coaches, look at only the right now, etc., but this organization needs a comprehensive audit.
If he kicks our ass playing the brand of football that we've become accustomed to from him, Ill take the loss. I just don't want to watch his style of football anymore. If it's successful elsewhere, well then we confirm what we already know. We are a crap football organization.I am 100% rooting for Murray to kick the Cardinals ass every time he plays them. You know it’s coming.
Why?I am 100% rooting for Murray to kick the Cardinals ass every time he plays them. You know it’s coming.
He is 2-17 in games with QBs not named Kyler.I would much rather roll Gannon back and cut Kyler than have it be the reciprocal.

Honestly when was the last time this happened? If he starts off well you can always extend him in November; these guys want consistency and the difference between the 8th and 5th highest HC contract isn’t great.#1. Gannon has a decent season and as a free agent coach, gets a big offer from another team.

Not @SECTION 11 but in general I’d say I’m becoming a fan of ownership being embarrassed publicly whenever possible. What would be my primary reason and motivation. Why?
EDIT: I guess I don't see the injustice done to Kyler by the Cardinals that would warrant this type of comment.
I guess that makes sense. I am over being a punchline I guess. Not @SECTION 11 but in general I’d say I’m becoming a fan of ownership being embarrassed publicly whenever possible. What would be my primary reason and motivation.
Yes but Michael isn’t yet so…I guess that makes sense. I am over being a punchline I guess.
Very well stated. Those are pretty good - and yes, the selling points.
I was reading something the other day about men that get married 3/4/5 times - and why women marry someone with that track record.
A couple things stood out - the first is a general observation that applies to many situations: When you are close to a situation, the negatives stick out, and that is what colors your perception - For Murray, the nine good plays are forced out of your thinking by the one bad play, and that is what you remember. When you are on the other side, it is the opposite - the spectacular plays - the scrambles, the Hail Murray, the stuff that makes the highlight reels - that is what you remember.
Second is that people (and women when it comes to men) overestimate their ability to "fix things". They will look at the failure and says "bad system, bad ownership" (or in the case of a man "former wife was a B that didn't appreciate him" etc.
tl;dr: There will be teams/GM's/Coaches that will overlook the negatives and overestimate their ability to fix Murray's mistakes. They will see the talent, and ignore his weaknesses.
Please gods, make it so. Then they will be "set" at QB and can spend their draft capital elsewhere, giving us a chance...a slightly better chance...to move up and snag Mendoza.![]()
Jets may be able to land Kyler Murray for cheap after latest NFL rumors
The New York Jets may not have a very robust trade market outside of themselves if they want to acquire Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray.thejetpress.com
The idea of the elusive, squirrely Murray running McDaniel's scheme is tantalizing for those who traffic in football fever dreams. So, too, is the thought of a unit headlined by Murray, ascending star De'Von Achane and receiver Jaylen Waddle, an explosive three-headed monster that could speed past defenses at any time. The big question that hangs over this potential pairing, however: Can Murray conform to McDaniel's requirements in a timing-based passing attack, if McDaniel remains the head coach? Murray's improvisational skills have produced plenty of electric moments over the years, but that’s not the style of play that suits Miami’s current system. He'd have to balance the two if he’s going to maximize such a partnership.
Still, it's better than watching Tagovailoa appear to struggle making decisions for another season. And Murray might be just what the doctor ordered to get the McDaniel era back on track.
People forget that the dream quarterbacks for these Shanahan/McVay disciples are Kirk Cousins and Jimmy Garappolo.![]()
NFL QB carousel 2026: Three offseason trades I'd love to see
Which veteran quarterbacks could be on the move this offseason? Nick Shook highlights three trades he'd like to see in 2026, including a deal that would give Kyler Murray a fresh start.www.nfl.com
The first time Kyler told shanny he wasn't feeling it this week about running would be his last as his starting QB. IMOHe is 2-17 in games with QBs not named Kyler.
Kyler Shanahan is 13-7 without Prudy since he became the starter.
Nearly identical sample size.
Shanahan has a career .551 career winning percentage over all and 13-7 is a .650 winning percent. He won games with Trey Lance , C.J. Beathard and Nick Mullens, but JG managed to go 1-9 with Jacoby! JG needs to go! Heck, only the 49ers can rival our injuries this year and they are still 11-4 and going 5-3 with their backup QB.
I’m pretty much almost fully certain he’s going to have success elsewhere at this point. Will need to be the right situation of courseI am 100% rooting for Murray to kick the Cardinals ass every time he plays them. You know it’s coming.
Trading Kyler for a 6th rounder would be typical Cards. This strange benching has been abysmal for whatever trade value he once had.![]()
No-brainer Kyler Murray-Steelers mock trade is too good for Cardinals to refuse
It's unknown if Aaron Rodgers would consider returning to the Pittsburgh Steelers as their quarterback next season, but if not, they must have trade options.stillcurtain.com
My post had nothing to do wish Kyler. I'm confused. The first time Kyler told shanny he wasn't feeling it this week about running would be his last as his starting QB. IMO
My bad I quoted the wrong post.My post had nothing to do wish Kyler. I'm confused.
