His attitude and bat really helped the Dbacks get off to the hot start and believe in themselves

Kendrick got his NL Pennant. Extended Lovullo (a poor in game manager, ala Mike Matheny). He won't spend the money to get this team back to the World Series anytime soon. 2023 was THE opportunity for a 2nd World Series championship. Probably be another 20+ years before Dbacks get another chance like this year's. However - the ride this year was a great one.

Not sure he’s actually gone lol. He did say his “maybe goodbye” pretty quickly which makes me think he didn’t actually plan to stay .
