Could be. I am skeptical because the plan of the guy he chose was intentionally losing which I am sure appealed to Bidwill as it is the one thing this franchise is really good at.

Here's the thing, what would Keim have done?

He would've signed a couple of older veterans with a year or two left of decent production, which might have hurt next year's draft order.

Sometimes you really have to clean house and bottom out before you can really get better.

And yet there’s no one out there saying that the Rams are tanking????

They aren't really though. They have made multiple signings that indicate that they probably aren't. They are probably thinking that all they need is for Stafford, Kupp, and Donald to get healthy and they can contend.

It's definitely fools gold, but there is no way in hell that McVay would stick around for a tank.
