I think that is not too unrealistc... hopefully.. At least Cleveland(Waiters) and Washington(Beal) don't need a shooting guard.

I can't think of a legit reason the league would fix it for Cleveland. The NBA is all about money and putting your big names in Cleveland is just bad business. It may be broken but it ain't fixed.
