I posted it a few weeks back, SF was worse than us injuries. We were 2nd worse, but the 49ers being worse, still made the playoffs.
The Cardinals had over 300 games lost due to injury, which was by far the largest in the NFL. And the Niners had a far more experienced roster to fall back on with their injuries. The Cardinals had depth, but VERY young and inexperienced depth. Stupid to compare how injuries impacted these two teams. Niners are a team that just reloads every year now. Cardinals were still rebuilding from a complete tear down in 2023.

If anybody is interested, I had chat GPT break down a comparison between the Cardinals and 49ers injuries. It seems the Cardinals had 300 or more games missed due to injuries while the 49ers were at 254. Both very high in the league. The issue is the 49ers had better depth because most of their big injuries were to some starters, however, the Cardinals had starters and backups missing significant time so they were on 3rd and 4th level players.

Well, that place is pretty close to Main Street and Power. The stretch of Main from Higley to Power is "Fentanyl Alley". There is a detox/rehab right next to that Albertsons. You're lucky you didn't get robbed, so getting to use a bathroom is pretty lux.
Yeah it wasn't the nicest of neighborhoods.

The AZ Cardinals Coaching page has been updated with a few changes. The only coaches left that that are moving on are are Ben Steele and Autry Denson, unless they are moving into other roles. All others leaving are gone. The new assistants are not added yet, but OC, DC and ST are updated too. The biggest update is Strength and Conditioning. Buddy is back in a day to day role from a consultant last year and a handful of guys from last year are gone!

The Strength and conditions staff hasn't changed at all since last season.

Since I am stupid, your words, you can ignore this.

QB
Prudy missed 8 games and they went 5-3 with Mac Jones who was 20-29 in his career prior
Kyler missed 12 games and we went 1-11 with JB who was 19-34 in his career prior

TE
Kittles missed 6 games
Trey missed 0 games

WR
BA WR missed 17 games
MHJ missed 5 games

RB
Healthy for the first time this decade
JC and TB missed 27 games together

OL
LG missed 11 games, RT missed 9 games, C missed 7 games
LT missed 5 games, RT missed 9 games, LG missed 6 games, RG was a rotation by design all season.

DL
Their 1st round pick played 9 games, Bosa played 3 games
Our 1st round pick played 6 game

LB
Fred Werner played 6 games
Mack Wilson played 8 games

I am not looking anymore, but 3-14 vs 12-5 a drastic difference considering this similarity.

bringing back so many failed coaches and training staff only lends more credence to the fact that there's a good likelihood that Bidwill nickle and dimed the prospective DC's as we're continuing to just save money by letting the worst of the worst members of the coaching/training staff come back, for reasons that are beyond comprehension.

You can change that last part to "for reasons that are compensation" LOL

Maybe Bidwill just legit doesn't care about winning. Just like his old man.

I do think he wants to win.

However he has to pay for a fancy new training facility now and seeing as the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, old habits die hard when it comes to penny pinching.

What caught my eye was that the 49ers had their starting RB for the entire season and we were down to 4th string. That is why I'm hoping we draft Love, even if a RT is a bigger need.

I swear buddy was on the staff list as an consultant last year and not the training list and they had more trainers too. Whoops.

nope, Buddy was in the same role. Although he in not much more than a figurehead at this point.

This is very disappointing, as since this group has taking over we have seen nothing but injuries at a historical level.

Exactly. They are talking about starting CB 5&6 at the end of the season - who was their CB1? Sean Murphy bunting/ starling Thomas??? Give me a break - those guys were back up level at best. Sure we lost Nolen and Wilson - but this unit should not completely break depending a rookie and a non premium position linebacker.
The facts say otherwise. The Cardinals had a top 10 pass defense in the NFL (some say top 5) the last 11 games of the year. Starling Thomas started each and every one of them. SMB actually starting showing up in a very strong way the last 4-5 games. I could go on but you get my point.

Bro no one cares if Joey Blount missed 16 games.
Yeah. Great post. You’re right. The captain of our Special Teams doesn’t matter at all. That’s why they made him captain. The other 84 games missed by starters didn’t matter either. Epstein hung himself too and must’ve done it out of guilt. Brett Farve was a great human being but had a noodle arm. If only Steve Nash could’ve learned to pass the ball, he’d of made one heck of a player.

Look, there has been more actual reports that Bidwill offered high dollar to some of these guys, not cheap Bidwill as his father which has been justified during his ownership, than pure assumptions
There have?
