Really do hope MHJ becomes more vocal and more aggressive in wanting the ball. Can't ever see him being a Diva WR, but having more dog in him would be extremely beneficial.

And, also, They're 23rd in passing yards per game at 199.9, 26th in passing yards per play at 5.78 and quarterback Kyler Murray is 24th in QBR at 44.1. Murray is ranked 29th in yards per attempt, 31st in yards per dropback and 33rd in yards per attempt while throwing six touchdowns and three picks in five starts. WOOF.

Kyler sucks but let’s not act like the offensive scheme isnt a massive problem as well. That is what SR is pointing to, otherwise he wouldn’t have made these statements post the QB switch

If Jacoby has another good game I'll be hesitant to say the scheme sucks. Jacoby over the last two games wasn't just better than Kyler, it was up there with the best QBs in the league.

When a career backup does that, it usually means he's being carried by a really good scheme.

do you think defensive coordinators think about how to limit / stop Jaxon SN of the Seahawks?

yet -- he gets fed the ball regularly. I saw at least four throws last night where it was obvious the purpose of the play was to get him the ball

I just dont see any of that from Drew

You don’t think there’s a reason for that?
I don't think our offense is designed to take advantage of matchups. It's not designed to get certain players the ball. It come across as an offense that takes what you give it. TEs are tough to gameplan against so generally, what the other team gives us is Trey (unintentionally). To that point though, we have one of the best pass catching TEs in the NFL and other than putting him in the backfield at times, do they do anything interesting with him? Not really. You would think you would see him line up out wide more often. See what the defense would do with him outside as the only receiver to that side. Would they play him man? Vs a CB/S/LB? Would a S slide over? There are a lot of interesting things on the table with McBride and the Cardinals seem to be happy with being basic.

Drew literally describes his approach as this

The inability to feed both McBride and MHJ is arguably my biggest issue with Petzing and his offense.
But you don’t think MHJ & his ability doesn’t have to do with any of that, though?

I see a guy like JSN gets open with ease regardless of who is covering him whether it’s press, off, or zone. I don’t see the same with Marv when it comes to going against press. CBs are all on his back while they’re 3 yards behind JSN’s.
