I didn't realize PUP meant you can't practice until after week 4 that's a real bummer for Nolen.

But better to make sure he's fully healed I guess. He'll make a nice midseason addition I guess

All the coverage and guesstimating didn’t predict cuts and talent we lose , as Tune desired by others, DJ probably, we still gonna lose somebody when we bring Brewer back, but no clear upgrade for our roster, good GM good job.

Did we pick him up from some other teams cuts? Any of you remember hearing about this guy? Seen him play?
There were lots of names i didn't recognize in the preseason games but I didn't expect it to carry over to the PS


Ah, found him. We signed Goodlow to the PS last October after he was cut by the Rams. He signed with them as an unfair.

Big dude. Has the body type JG likes for D linemen at 6'5" and 290

But,...dude redshirted his freshman year, then played 5 years for Tulsa...then portaled to OK State and played a 6th year where he had like 48 tackles and 3 sacks.
Lots of length but that's almost the only positive in his draft profile. He grades out as a "might develop into a poor backup" kinda guy...seems his job with us is just to be a big body for the o line to push around. A tackling dummy with a pulse. A breathing sled pad...

He had some splash plays in each preseason game. I wouldn't be surprised if he makes the 53 in a year or 2.
