Unlikely That owner or GM will have anything to say about their HC in midseason.

Guys and girls ... keep it real, nothing they say now, after firing McCoy after 7 games can help the cause, only do harm.

They can't say "Yes guys we know that our Coach is over his head and isn't HC material" or "Wilks didn't tell us he wanted to rebuild" or "We missjudged the whole thing and...".

The only things they could tell us wouldn't satisfy anybody "We try to get better?"
"We come out swinging" ... didn't help.

So for everyone of us, the actions they do from now till including black friday and till the draft count more than any word they could spout out now.

We need a HC that can win it all, that doesn't change a running system because "his system works" that isn't stubborn but wants to learn and work hard and can lead.

I would love a HC and a team that wins it all multiple times the next two decades. That would speak louder than any word that they can spout out now.
