Well the good thing about picking that high is no way Keim takes a RB @DVontel

Although if we go tackle we might have to decide if DJ is worth trading or not.
James Jones is your starting Left tackle, extend him

Trade hump for a draft pick

fire GM, let competent GM make the draft pick.

Win football games.

Our problems could be solved quickly and easily if Keim would simply fire KK and take over as head coach and GM both. That is all we need to be respectable once again.

Help, I think I am having a stroke.
Actually, If Bidwill took over as owner, GM and coach we'd know if he was the problem. Then give Keim a year at all 3 and then KM. We'd finally know who to keep! Also, this is a good way to test a 3 way light switch.

They tried out multiple kickers and went with the one that performed best. Should they sign the 2nd best?

What this all comes down to is "Why didn't they sign Blankenship?". That's really the crux of it.

If the choice was Amendola or Biff McDorkle nobody is complaining. It's not like good kickers are sat on the sofa.

Blankenship was released injured after a couple of games so maybe he wasn't signed because of the same injury? Which is highly likely considering nobody else signed him. Not the Chiefs or the Eagles who both had kicker injuries after Blankenship was cut.

There are LOADS of real things to get on Keim's back about but you have to turn off logic to blame him for this one because the options were likely bad kicker A or bad kicker B.

Plus we didn't lose the Eagles game because of a bad kicker. We lost because our offense was garbage most of the game.
Insanity is repeating the same mistake over and over again. It was very clear after the first game that Amendola was not an NFL level kicker.

We went into the season with an elderly kicker who had injury problems and nothing in the bank. In case he got injured again that is 100% on Steve Keim. Losses happen for many reasons but it’s very obvious that many of our losses are due to lack of confidence personnel, which again is 100% on Steve Keim. He and Bidwill are the number one issues with the team and the franchise.

Well, we both don't know what Rogers said leading up to the first or going into the second week. What seems unlikely is that KEIM acted without input from the coaching personnel.
but we saw from actions exactly what the coaching staff thought of Matt Ammendola: passing on attempting FGs in close game that NFL kickers make ~80+% of the time

You are calling me dumb because I succinctly answered your question? Back to attacking posters vs responses?

The response received the response fully deserved.

You, on the one hand, suggest you understand the process, and next, you ignore it because it doesn't fit your narrative.

If you want a better answer, ask an open ended question instead of a yes/no. Not a shock you lack personal accountability similar to the individuals on the Cardinals team you back. Birds of a feather...

A friendly reminder of where we stand.
We can totally get to top 3, but no way Lovie Smith gives up the #1 without a fight...haha He proved that yesterday, by allowing the Cowboys to win.

Oh right. Who should he has signed? The guy that did worse in tryouts? And that would bring better results?

Only crap was available.

Certainly not the guy who blew a pressure kick weeks before and who wasn't good to begin with.

What happened in the Eagles game again? Who could have seen this coming?

Not you or Keim apparently.

No confidence in the kicker after that and I don't blame Kliff at all for that. Following week he missed an extra point. Passed on 3 manageable fg's and lost by 10.

Devastating. Terry McDonough is 100% the source, right?
I think the leak is someone in a different organization, that's speculation though. Jurecki says Kliff and Schultz are tight which wouldn't surprise me.

Knives are out, Keim is going to go ballistic with this article.

Further note - Keim's personal life and work ethic is only getting worse and worse. Guy is a complete zero.
