The Cowboys may not be done with free agency after all. It appears they will be hosting defensive end Kony Ealy this week. Ealy is an interesting name for a couple of reasons. For one, as an out-of-contract player, Ealy will count as a compensatory free agent if Dallas signs him prior to mid-May. At the current time, that would cancel out a fourth-round pick they’d receive for losing Anthony Hitchens. That should indicate this is a fact-finding mission more so than an immediate signing. A former second-round pick of the Carolina Panthers, Ealy was a pre-draft visitor of the Cowboys in 2014.
