this seems as good a place as any to put this:

Phil Dawson is the 11th highest paid kicker in the league

after finishing in the bottom 10 last year in accuracy, he is currently 31st in FG accuracy this year
He's not the problem, but surely not a building block either. Need a total overhaul I'm afraid. We need to be a very young team next season.

I think Keim stays. I keep going back and forth but as recently as 12-18 months ago he was being considered a top 10 GM across the league. Has he gotten his ass kicked a little ? Sure, but I think he rights the ship or at least gets the chance to.

I think there is no question both will be back next year. However in 2019 the pressure will really be on both to right the ship quickly.
No question? It'd be the stupidest move ever. Attendance will plummet, advertising etc. Cut your losses now and move forward.

Also has attempted the fewest field goals in the league to boot....

Wasn’t it signs or something to put on the lockers? Accountability?
He gave everyone in camp a brick to “build the foundation.” He also put a hurdle in the locker room that said “Trust, discipline, accountability.”

The players must find all this hilarious
