Theres all sorts of opportunities to remove coaches and FO staff. Theres generally very few chances to draft a franchise QB. I hated Elway for puling that crap on the Colts, I hated Eli for doing it to the Chargers. If Luck did it to Carolina and we some how ended up with him, Id be pretty bummed, but it sure would make our team a lot better.

I voted Graves. Any GM worth his salt would go out and get the coordinators and make Whiz take them. That is a three for one vote.
