anyone notice the WTF miscommunication plays stopped dead in their tracks between Marv and his QB the second Kyler took a seat on the bench?

Low % fades have turned into high % digs so there is less opportunity for miscommunication. It just requires a QB who is willing to hold onto the ball longer in the pocket.

Interesting that Briskett and MHJ don't have a lot of communication issues, like with Kyler. J am not saying just saying

To be fair have we seen a backshoulder between them? That's been the issue with Kyler and MHJ.

He definitely trusts Marv and throws to him when he's covered Kyler doesn't but then Marv has cost us like 4-5 INT's in his short time here.

I thought save the one drop Marv was great in the first half.

Crazy how Kyler has regressed since he came into the league. He truly did peak in High School.
monday NFL network replayed the 2021 game vs Dallas

for context: that was in the stretch in 2021 where something was off with the offense

it was kinda shocking to see how free and easy Kyler was playing -- no ball patting, no happy feet

This is the game that he consistently proved throughout the game that he is a true #1 WR.

12 targets, 3 catches, 33 yards and a TD. Really really discouraging performance.

All of the targets looked catchable to my eye, I think one was a bit too high?

Really rough game. As soon as he drops 1... might as well just take him out of the game, because he'll just dwell on it the entire time.

It was in the game thread but he has not figured out coming back to the ball is necessary if you can't beat anybody deep. they sit on those routes and close. So tired of watching the ball get knocked away as he reaches for the ball but doesn't move towards it.

The diving one was a great play but he had 4-5 balls today easy he should have caught and either dropped or had knocked away. Seattle tried all week to trade Woolen and Woolen dominated Marv

Mentally weak. It’s an infection on this team honestly.
You could see the I don't give a crap attitude once they got far behind, like we can't win so why give the effort unlike last week where they were in the game.

Needs a better QB but honestly I'm getting to the point where if they can trade him for another WR or a high pick I would be tempted to do it in the offseason? I mean he was pouting like a baby the whole 2nd half. yes there were a couple of bad throws but JB was getting hit on every play, help the guy out come back to the ball, make a difficult catch don't pout.

His legendary separation was non-existent today, but his fantastic body catching technique was on full display. It's year two and he hasn't dropped the most glaring bad habit and also still hasn't learned to high point a 50/50 ball. Either the teacher sucks rocks or the student is thick as a brick...or both.

Really seems like both.
