Reminds me of the Montana/Marino era. If a Niner receiver would drop a pass, Joe would pat him on the back in the huddle, offer some encouragement, and go RIGHT back to him. If a Dolphin receiver dropped a Marino pass, Dan would scream at him in the huddle and pout and not go back to him. One guy has 4 rings, the other has a grass-stained jersey from his one SB appearance where he was on his back all afternoon- a loss to Montana, how fitting.

When your best player drops a pass - or any player for that matter - go right back to him with an easy completion and help him forget the drop and move on. Just avoiding him isn't helping anything.
