Im not. I think he's an honestly quirky character who happens to be good enough at football to keep a solid career as a backup going. It aint his fault the ham fisted media, delusions of grandeur having podcasters, and college dropout sports "writers" for SI keep trying to turn said quirks into lame ass human interest stories. Just play the freaking games.

I suggested menshew back in January for similar reasons.
Dude is an entertaining distraction.
If we can't have a serious football franchise we may as well embrace the circus.
People that actually need to support a winning team dont stay here..they but Purdy jerseys, or Nacua, or even Barkley...but nothing in Cardinals red.
We have some other deep seated emotionally repressed reason to keep coming back.

Really was the only realistic option and Brissett knew it. Hopefully they add a year to the contract in the event that they need draft another one next year who needs time.
