I don't like this pick as much as the first two, but don't dislike it, it's not a reach, and he's the type of edge JG seems to like.

Burch is a three-year starter who had 11 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks in 10 games in 2024. He gets under, lifts and pushes offensive tackles aside while rushing the passer off the edge. He drives offensive tackles into the lap of the quarterback. He ran the seventh-fastest 40 (4.67 seconds) out of edges at the combine, and he is a speed rusher on tape. Burch is quick with active hands rushing between the tackles. He is an effective run stopper with great size for an edge. He presses offensive tackles and guards off his frame when he lines up over the inside shoulder of the offensive tackle. He makes quick work of tight ends.
