I haven't seen Huntley play in awhile. He is very athletic but it's hard to see him jumping ahead of Fleming. As @Hoop Head mentioned, a two-way contract would be a jump for him.

I'd add, Bouyea (two-way) is not playing like the prize we once thought he might become.
Maybe not Fleming, but possibly Livers?

Koby Brea in the G-League tonight:

20 PTS
6 REB
4 AST
7-13 FG

And a team-high +16.

A great outing for the Suns rookies yesterday. See link to the box score below.

Fleming with 17 points and 7 rebounds.

Maluach with 20 points and 9 rebounds.

And Brea with 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.

Earlier in the season he gave the Suns some decent minutes. Now, not so much.
I watched those games. I must’ve missed all those minutes. I think I saw a single game where he seemed to show a little bit. I think I’ve been pretty consistent in making these statements throughout the season (when he hasn’t been out with an injury).

Let's face it, there is a reason Livers is getting minutes. It's due to all injuries and because Fleming and Maluach are not ready.

Also, the Suns are short of playable big men and he is on a two-way contract so there is no long term commitment.

Yeah he was a valuable reserve for a short stretch there. Not so much since returning from injury. I don't know if this is just who he is or if it's inconsistent PT or whatever but we could use the Livers from a few months ago.

he isn't chopped livers - he's goody good at sneaking in for occasional rebounds (some offensive) when williams and oso are getting pinned down but im pretty sure he's not long term

I could do less with the leaving the ball on the rim only to fall off and not in thing. I think it happened the last two games. Yeah, he's definitely not long term. He's in his prime right now. :p

I know Fleming said he liked playing in the G league. It looks like Man Man enjoys the games he is in when he plays there. Also, not seeing Fleming go down, does this mean the Suns have seen what they needed from Fleming last game in order to garner at least the same minutes this next couple of games going forward?

Agree. I'm thinking, the Suns are now viewing Fleming as a rotation player.

Maluach and Brea can still get there, but they are not ready as yet.

Fleming looked good but I think Dillon's injury combined with the lack of consistency for Dunn has required the Suns to turn to Fleming more than they'd prefer. We're lacking in front court depth so it gives him an opportunity whether he proves he's ready or not is up in the air.

Hopefully it works out.
