thx for posting that and wowxc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media
Uh... that's not the kind of weight you want. How about lots of protein, Bol? He needs muscle, not a big gut.I watched a video on Bol that had interviews with teammates. Apparently he drank Heineken all of the time to help gain weight and he was basically drunk every game he ever played in the NBA
He was just so damn skinny that they wanted to just pump him up with calories.Uh... that's not the kind of weight you want. How about lots of protein, Bol? He needs muscle, not a big gut.
That's funny.I watched a video on Bol that had interviews with teammates. Apparently he drank Heineken all of the time to help gain weight and he was basically drunk every game he ever played in the NBA
I get it. Still don't think that's the way to do it. Especially if he's drunk during games. There are much better ways to put on weight. He was just so damn skinny that they wanted to just pump him up with calories.
The skunk of beers...nice. He should've just eaten ice cream n peanut butter.I watched a video on Bol that had interviews with teammates. Apparently he drank Heineken all of the time to help gain weight and he was basically drunk every game he ever played in the NBA
Stix had pretty good highlights on the three. He was worse in NBA. What I was surprised with was his timing on blocked shots. He had more talent there in the NBA than I thought he would. They kept playing him away from the basket so his rebounds were low.Listening to Rasheer Fleming, I keep thinking, if Stix could have hit those corner threes when he was here, he'd probably still be in Phoenix.

He scored 29 points the other night. I agree. Just let his confidence keep growing.I'm not too worried about Koby's 3pt%, he's in the G-League, keep shooting it young man! Shooting is about repetition and muscle memory. In the G-League you can afford to just keep shooting it, make or not.
It's one of my favorites, Peanut Buster Parfait.Dairy Queen Peanut Butter Parfaits.
I saw a great video where veterans say your first year is all about trying to play perfect and not screw up. Which ironically, makes yo0u screw up. They say that's why some rookies make the jump in year two and just focus on their game and their skills.@JCSunsfan
Looking at the video above, if Maluach can play the game with the quickness and athleticism of Fleming it would be something to behold, but neither player is there yet. They both have to think about what they are doing.
When they get to the point where their play becomes more fluid, then we will see how good they can become. They have the measurements and the body type for the NBA.
We can already see that Maluach and Fleming have learned each others tendencies.
