Ah man, missed them by two days. I went to the Santa Cruz Warriors game on Monday. Would have been cool to see them.

Looking at the standings, it shows the Stockton Kings with an 8-4 record and the Valley Suns with a 4-8 record.

stockton didn't play like a g-league club they were organized an unselfish - i saw manman make a 3 then airball a 3 lol - he's still not there on defense tho

If Maluach could play defense and rebound, he'd be playing on the big club regularly. I guess the same can be said about the other two rookies. Wanted one of the big men to break out.

Luckily with the way the main club has been playing we can afford patience and allow the rooks to find their way without rushing them

I think Fleming is the closest to play of the two rookie big men. If only one of them could step up, but it doesn't look like it. Until then, need to plan for anything.

When Flemming gets better at knowing his place on the floor defensively, and rebounding better, I could totally see him become our PF. Except right now, you would have to take Brooks off the floor with Green eventually starting next to Booker. That's not happening. Best we could hope for is Flemming on the second unit, but you have a lot of vets ahead of him on the pecking order. I am OK with him learning this year. You see flashes with his D on one on ones, and the three when it goes looks silky smooth. You could just envision the modern PF with his length and defense. He is deficient on the boards right now. Plus look how Oso and Dunn's bodies changed with a good off season with the trainers. He needs some bulk.
