I think most of the players, overall pretty much glowed about him, even Budda said he wanted him to stay. Coulda been a case of wanting to be with him again and that won out. But we will never know.

Yup - could have extended him when he was under contract.
We absolutely should have given him more.
If he wanted more. He could have just wanted to play for Vance. It’s still a failure though yes 100%

Failure is more on Keim than Monti.
Byron and Allen played well enough in 2021 that Keim could have gotten ahead of it.

We were 24th in sacks last year. Now we have lost our top 2 pass rushers who accounted for 50% of our sacks. Doesn't seem great.
