He was front and center. He's going to be our Bethel 2.0 but much better. Hope he gets a chance for some WR time.
I believe in the 2nd ProBowl year, Bethel had a PFF ST specialist rating twice as high as #2 in the league and higher than #3-#32 in the NFL - combined.I think you’re slightly under reading just how good Justin Bethel was when he went to two or three pro bowls as a special-teams player… The guy was amazing when they made him a starting cornerback which he never should’ve been he dropped off but for three maybe for your stretch she was the best special-teams player in the league in my opinion .
Blocked kick was Gardeck.This was the first blocked kick we had on ST's in a long time, that I can remember. When Bethel and Calais were in their primes, we had a handful per season.
