MLF was hired 12 days ago and we still don't have a defensive staff, which is going to be a major factor in his success/failure here.
Nobody lined up when he was interviewing as part of his plan?

Again - being the 10th out of 10 hires, you get the leftovers.

Very poor job by MB and Monti.

Sorrentino has spent eight seasons in the NFL ranks, having previously coached in Jacksonville. He worked with the team’s wide receivers from 2013-16, which overlapped with new Cardinals offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett in Jacksonville for two seasons.

I noticed that just some days ago, the Rams hired a former player to be the assistant offensive line coach. That is interesting because they already have an assistant offensive line coach (Zak Kromer), so why did they basically hire his replacement? Maybe Kromer has a new job with a new team as the primary offensive line coach?

Why is Rallis still on here?

You must be registered for see images attach

I don't know how many times this needs to be said, but I really wouldn't use the website as an accurate indicator of who is still employed here, considering it probably gets updated once every few months at best.

In your opinion, which DC have we missed out on that realistically would have come here?

For example, you can exclude Anthony Weaver and Raheem Morris because it is very rare for someone to take a coordinator job when they were in the final three for head coach at the same team.

Not saying its accurate but the question I asked is "why"?
Do you leave him on there if you have zero intent on keeping him?

The point is - MLF and Monti didn't have a concrete plan of WHO they were going to hire.
We just started "casting a wide net" after "internal discussions".

It's accurate from the standpoint of who is under contract. They updated it pretty fast. DP was taken down within an hour is his departure.

Please, support someone else.

Not good form to question a poster's 'fandom.'

We all scream at the moon from time-to-time.

I think it's ludicrous, from both an on-field and a cap-management perspective, to cut/trade KM this season, given the options at the position in 2026.

That said, I will adjust.

One thing i learned listening to the Athletic Football Podcast today was that the Rooney Rule applies to coordinators as well. Teams have to interview two minority candidates for both coordinator roles prior to hiring.

It’s definitely possible that there’s just a logjam of candidates to be interviewed.

How did you and I change positions so dramatically? :)

The #Cardinals interviewed #Seahawks defensive pass game coordinator Karl Scott for their defensive coordinator job, sources tell
@CBSSports
.

Scott, who has been of interest for a few DC jobs the last two years, helped Seattle rank No. 1 in the NFL in scoring defense.
