beyond brutal - i wanted to fire poopzing and trade murray and bench mhj - it was crazy - fans were jumping ship - brick killed a guy - then I wanted to re-hire poopzing- cancel the trade and give mhj another shot

our defense tried but that's a good offense

our season is probably over - two last second inner divisional field goals 4 days apart - can the gods be anymore unkind

i want to be mad - i am mad but also depleted- i tried to reverse jinx a win at the end but i have no powers - we were lucky they missed the fg - we were lucky with the interception fumble and we found ourselves in the game at end and a way to lose it again - cardiac locos forever

I thought we were completely outmatched at every level with all the injuries. The team showed a lot of heart tonight tying it up late against an elite defense. Tough break on the kickoff, but even still, a touchback is the 35 yard line and punting it straight to the returner could easily lose the game. A last second field goal is going to be so common with these new kickoff rules.

Marvin Harrison caused 2 INTs and I thought we were going to lose 31-6 after the second one. Stupendous effort by the defense, and Marv almost made up for it with the first highpoint contested catch of his career for a TD.

Seriously, I was expecting to get blown out, my overreaction is I'm a lot more optimistic for the rest of the season.
someone did one of those predict threads - i had us losing in frisco and today - but I had us finishing. 500 in the division with 11-6 record

I don’t care who the QB or OC is.

This team needs a damn speedster at WR.

It's such a glaring problem. Seattle didn't go prevent but when we had multiple WR's and DeMercado on the last drive we were more effective because the safeties couldn't sit in the middle and clog it up.

I think with the short week we weren't going to change the offense but going forward I expect less 3 TE and more stuff like that so we can keep safeties honest in the run game. But the lack of fear of anybody running by them downfield is a huge problem we HAVE to get a speed WR. No idea if we'll even look at a trade now we'd have to win a few in a row before they would probably think they're in the playoff hunt. Titans is winnable, even the Colts are despite their great start, but GB seems like a huge stretch our OL trying to stop Parson seems pretty unlikely even at home.

Melton getting burned all night was probably the main reason for the L.

To be fair he's like our 4th best CB but with injuries he's our best right now. But yes that was a problem all 2nd half

I still say the biggest problem this team has is its bald headed OC!!!

Conservative, scared football doesn’t win consistently in this league. And yes that falls on the HC as well & how he wants his team to play each week.

We play not to lose for most of the game each week.

If we have a negative play on first down it is like we will give up on the drive. 2nd and 17, we will call a slow developing run for no gain, then follow that up with a screen pass.

Worst redemption story ever at least tonight.

Kyler finally had his best comeback since the Bills game. Was absolutely calm and in control the entire last drive, especially when blitzed. I was like "where the f has this been?

Marvin Harrison finally stopped body catching and used his size against his defenders

They stopped using Benson's idiot dancing ass on third downs

And then we got let down again.

It's fine if #1 and #2 continue.

Nah if he puts it in the landing zone perhaps they only return it to the 20 yd line. I knew the game was over the second they started at the 40. You’re basically one 1st down away from FG range. Ryland definitely cost us the win, at least in regulation anyway.

So I'm still not sold on Ryland and after that KO I am wondering if there are options? Koo is on the Giants PS now but he's going to win the job and coming off his worst year he might not be the guy. Not sure who else is out there probably nobody better than Chad but missed one last week and then tonight the fatal KO

I’m out on this team. Gutless performance overall. 6 points through 3.5 quarters…At home…On national television…Against a rival…Coming off a humiliating loss. Zero excuses.

Season is over. You don’t make the playoffs in September but you certainly play your way out of them during this month.
