I’m just thinking they probably made the move because they are not feeling good about their chances to move up. Not really sure why you make this move three days before the draft if you’re trying to trade up.

no it doesnt stop the Broncos from taking a QB...and it probably puts the Jets in consideration for a 2nd tier QB. They would have to be really foolish to put all their eggs in the Rodgers basket again after they were burned so bad last year. Hes another year older and coming off achilles. No way Saleh and his staff are dumb enough to bet their jobs on Rodgers again.

They already have Tyrod Taylor and Trevor Siemian. That's basically as good as it's gonna get for them as a Rodgers hedge.

Broncos also unveiled new uniforms today. Pretty mid. While last year's Cards uniform update was aggressively nondescript, these were kind of a shrug suggesting they wanted to goose jersey sales and conform to the new Nike template but don't change too much.
