If everything goes terribly wrong next year we could at least get our PF...

I'm actually looking forward to drafting in the late lottery/mid 1st round again. Hopefully this team can make that happen. I'd love to see them squeak into the 8th seed but at the same time, I'm not sure getting swept by Golden State will help their development much.
I think that definitely is a viable option. Hard to see this team adding even more young players. We have officially entered the "fill out the team" portion of the rebuild. And with Ariza, Chandler and Dudley all coming off the books next year, our next oldest veteran is... Troy Daniels? Something will give next summer, that's for sure.next years draft will have updated odds so the chance of moving up is higher even with a lower pick.
The draft class does not look very exciting however.
I expect us to move our picks in an effort to create more capspace and possibly dump Knight and/or Warren.

His ability to lift that much bulk that high is so freakish. If everything goes terribly wrong next year we could at least get our PF...

We have Ayton and Booker as stars. We need to establish who the third player of the big three will be. JJ has not proven it yet. Mikal has potential.I think that definitely is a viable option. EDIT: Forgot about Knight. LOL
You gotta walk before you can run.
And besides, I kinda doubt Golden State gets the 1 seed. Three time champs don't tend to burn up a bunch of fuel chasing regular season goals.

I am interested to see where Coach K plays Williamson. I would assume PF because of his strength & his abilities around the basket but if he’s 6’5 there aren’t a lot of PFs & Cs that short in the NBA. Even if he is a man amongst boys in college unless he develops a perimeter game he may be position less at the next level. He’s getting in shape like Ayton before his freshman season but Zion has had weight issues.

It will all depend upon whether he’s truly a transcendent talent. Some players talent is so unique that it allows them to play outside the typical league norms. Barkley was obviously suck and modern day we can look to Draymond Green. If he’s an unstoppable monster it won’t matter what his height is. That said, of course development of an outside game can’t do anything but vault his value.I am interested to see where Coach K plays Williamson. Zion came in at 280+ and at 6'7 holy crap. No thanks
Have you seen him move that bulk on the court? He is fast, has great handles, and can fly. It is just amazing to watch.Zion came in at 280+ and at 6'7 holy crap. No thanks
